Write to us and a person on the HypaVault team will answer. Say what you were trying to do and what happened: we can't see your vaults, so a little detail goes a long way. Never include a passcode or recovery phrase.
A diagnostic report helps too: it lists the app version, phone model and recent error codes, never anything you've stored. Or email mail@hypavault.com.
