Record and Import Audio

A full-screen recorder that keeps the recording in memory until it's saved.

HypaVault's recorder saves audio straight into the vault, so a recording never touches your phone's own storage.

  1. 1Tap + and choose Record Audio.
  2. 2Record with the large timer and live waveform. Pause and resume as you need.
  3. 3Name the recording and save it, encrypted.

The recording exists only in memory until it's saved encrypted. Leave the app mid-recording and nothing is kept, so finish and save before you switch away.

Import Audio brings in audio files you already have. The Audio tab lists every recording and audio file, and plays one clip at a time, with a scrubber.
