Find Your Way Around the Vault

Five tabs, a floating island to switch between them, and a + button for adding things.

HypaVault's vault has five tabs: Files, Photos, Videos, Audio and Notes. You switch between them from the floating capsule at the bottom of the screen, called the island, and the + button beside it adds things.

  • Photos and Videos show every photo or video in the vault, wherever it's filed, newest first and grouped by month.
  • Files is a full file manager with nested folders.
  • Audio lists every recording and audio file, with a built-in player.
  • Notes holds text notes and seed phrases.

The + menu holds Take Photo, Photo Library, Import Documents, Record Audio, New Note and New Folder. Search finds anything in the open vault by name.

The viewer opens items full screen. Swipe between them, pinch to zoom up to 10×, play videos, and read PDFs and text.

  2. Up to 10×. Pinch in the full-screen viewer, and swipe to move to the next item.

  3. There isn't one, by design. To open a different vault, lock HypaVault and enter that vault's passcode on the lock screen.
