Email us. We can't see your vaults, so tell us what happened.

To contact HypaVault support, email mail@hypavault.com. Support email and diagnostic reports reach us only if you send them.

HypaVault is made by Cyberdunes (Cyberdune Technologies Private Limited) in Mumbai, India. We can't open your vaults, reset your passcode or read your files, so describe what happened and include a diagnostic report if you can.

  • What you were doing and what happened.
  • What you expected to happen instead.
  • Your phone model and HypaVault version, or a diagnostic report, which adds them for you.

  1. No. We never have your keys, passcode or recovery phrase, so we can't open a vault, reset a passcode or bring back deleted files. We can help you use your recovery phrase or a backup.
