Import From Your Photo Library

Bring photos and videos in, then remove the originals from your gallery.

To move photos into HypaVault, import them from Photo Library, let each one be encrypted and checked, then delete the originals from your gallery yourself.

  1. 1Tap + and choose Photo Library.
  2. 2Pick the photos and videos you want in the vault.
  3. 3Wait while each one is encrypted and checked against the original.
  4. 4When HypaVault offers to remove the originals, follow its steps.

Wait for the import to finish before deleting anything. Each file is decrypted again and compared with its original before it counts, and an interrupted import is rolled back the next time the app opens.

  1. HypaVault imports a copy and doesn't remove the originals for you. Delete them in your Photos or gallery app, then clear its recently deleted folder and any cloud photo backup.
