Import Documents and Other Files

PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, archives: any file type works.

Import Documents brings any file into HypaVault, whatever its type: PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, archives and more.

  1. 1Tap + and choose Import Documents.
  2. 2Pick a file from your phone or another app.
  3. 3HypaVault encrypts it and checks it against the original before it counts.

Every import is verified: each file is decrypted again and compared with the original. An interrupted import is rolled back on the next launch.

The original stays where it was, in your Files app or the app you picked it from. Delete it there if you want the file kept only in HypaVault.

  1. No. HypaVault encrypts a copy and leaves the original where it was, so delete it yourself if you want it kept only in the vault.

  2. The viewer shows photos, videos, PDFs and text. Any other file type is still stored encrypted, and you can share a copy out to another app when you need to open it.
