Sync a Vault Phone to Phone Over Wi-Fi
Send a copy of a vault directly to another phone on the same Wi-Fi. The two phones pair by scanning each other's QR codes, and the vault travels encrypted with no server in between.

Sync with Another Phone at a Glance
Sync with Another Phone is HypaVault's way to send an encrypted copy of a vault directly to another phone on the same Wi-Fi network. The phones pair by scanning each other's QR codes and connect phone to phone, with no server or relay in between. It's a one-time send, not background sync: a phone that already has the vault receives only what's new, and a phone that doesn't opens it with the vault's recovery phrase.

Phone to Phone
The vault goes straight between the two phones, with no HypaVault server and no relay. Both phones must be on the same local network.
Only What's New
If the other phone already has that vault, it gets only what's new. Deletions aren't synced.
A One-Time Send
It's a single copy, not continuous background sync. The sending phone keeps its vault.
