Refunds

Handled by Apple or Google.

Refunds for HypaVault Pro are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, because purchases go through the App Store or Google Play.

Except where the law or the store's policy requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. To stop future charges on the yearly plan, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app doesn't cancel it.

  1. No. Payments are processed by Apple or Google and we never receive your payment details, so refund requests go to the store you bought from.

  2. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Whether you get money back for the current period is up to the store's refund policy.

  3. Nothing is deleted. If Pro ends, everything stays viewable and exportable, and all your vaults still open.
